Our History
Firstat Nursing
Services opened in Kansas City in 1994 as part of Firstat of America. In 2024, Firstat Nursing Services became part of the Meta Health family. Firstat Nursing Services is a State of Kansas licensed home health agency, servicing
the Greater Kansas City area. Our primary business is supporting the needs of medically fragile persons in their own home whose care needs exceed what their primary caregiver can provide. Firstat Nursing Services also provides care and support services to elderly clients to assist their ability to age in place, provides support to pharmacies to provide nursing support and infusion nursing services to those who have chronic disease states, and provides clinical staffing support to local school districts.
