Geriatric Private Care Management
Firstat Nursing Services is a geriatric care management provider servicing the Greater Kansas City area. We are devoted to managing the care and needs of the elderly to ensure individual choices are honored while maintaining the highest quality of care to maintain the highest quality of life. Firstat offers quality care from licensed, insured professionals at cost effective rates.
Care Management Services for Geriatric Clients include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct an initial assessment to identify client needs and eligibility for services
- Arrange and monitor in-home services
- Manage referrals to appropriate specialists for financial, legal, or medical concerns
- Provide crisis intervention
- Act as a liaison to families, providing care updates and medical status changes
- Manage relocation services, if needed, as care needs change
- Provide client education, advocacy, and support
- Provide money management services and assist with conservatorship or guardianship transitions

Firstat Nursing Services is licensed to provide services to the Greater Kansas City area, in both Kansas and Missouri, with the ability to cover a 200 mile radius from Overland Park, KS.
